Our main goal was to look at other real estate and home searching apps to look at the information that users are absolutely expecting to find, and where we can simplify the experience.

The functionality for the app is pretty straightforward and limited. The app needs to act solely as a database for all of the houses that are for sale within the community of Liberty Park with an emphasis on new construction homes.

Simplicity was the goal for the Liberty Park app. Once a buyer decided that they definitely wanted to be in Liberty Park, the app would provide the simple experience of only seeing houses available in Liberty Park.

We had the benefit of having a limited inventory so the goal of these wireframes was to really highlight each house and give each listing room to breathe and show off their individual features.

All of the rough wireframes were flushed out using very clean design that would allow for the photography of the homes’ exteriors and interiors to really shine.
